Order Policy

 

Orders received by 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, during normal business days, will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from the time the order is placed based on availability. This is to ensure you are getting the best product possible.  Before any order is shipped, it is put through a complete product inspection.

 

If your order is received after 5:00pm, the inspection for in stock items occurs the following business day and will be shipped in 24-48 hours. For items that are not in stock and have to be customized, please allow 7-10 days for your shipment.  Due to minimal stock levels, we will update our website to reflect current availability of items. This is done in hopes to eliminate orders being placed for an item that is not in stock and allow for items to be customized.  You will be notified by email within two business days of an expected shipping date and delivery of your purchase.

Shipping

 

Shipping is available in the United States only.

For orders requesting customized pieces, please contact us by email prior to the order being placed.  Email coorespondence should include your specifications, number of pieces, and expected date of completion.  After review, Lajule will provide you with an intial estimated cost for your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks advanced notice for customized orders totalling 5 (five) pieces or more.

 

Customer Return Policy

 

 Like many retailers, we guarantee our products.  However, unlike many retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and representatives.  For returns you will be issued a merchandise credit in the amount of selling price of the item unless otherwise discussed with a LaJule Designs Executive.

 

A customer may elect to receive a cash refund that will be no more than 50% of the asking selling price of a customized item. Prior to any returns, these terms will be discussed with the customer.

For exchanges, a percentage of the selling price of the item will be credited towards your new purchase. Any return or exchange has to be in its original packaging, unworn, and unused. This means that the design must have its original packaging, tags, and labels. LaJule Designs will inspect the item and if deemed damaged by the customer in any way, will not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged, washed or worn in anyway.   Any jewelry or accessory item returned and deemed as worn will be returned to the customer, any chance of a merchandise credit or refund will be void, and a shipping charge will be added to your account.

 

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. LaJule Designs is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier.

Items may be returned to LaJule Designs within five (5) days from the date you receive the merchandise.  Modification of this return date window can only be evaluated and decided on by a LaJule Designs Executive

Refunds for items returned within five (5) days of the delivery date will be credited to your LaJule Customer Account for a merchandise credit.  For customized items, due to the fact that they are exclusively designed for a particular customer, only fifty (50%) percent of your purchase price will be refunded.  All refunds will exclude shipping costs except in the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged due to manufacturing; in which case, it will be replaced at no cost.
