Our Return and Shipping Policy
Full payment is required prior to receiving items. Items will arrive 10-14 business days after full payment is received. For returns, you will be issued a merchandise credit of 50% of the selling price of the item. For exchanges, 50% of the selling price of the item will be credited towards your new purchase. Any return or exchange has to be in its original packaging and unworn and unused. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. LaJule Designs is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. Thank you for your interest in LaJule Designs. Refunds do not include shipping cost.
